West Coast Fever and Magpies Netball athletes will come together to coach almost 200 future netball stars at the State Netball Centre in a Super Clinic.
The Victorian side is travelling to Perth for two pre season matches against Fever, and will take part in the clinic for children aged 5-16.
The participants will be put through their paces for two hours, and will receive expert coaching from players from clubs through shooting, attacking and defence drills.
West Australian shooter Kaylia Stanton said she was excited by the opportunity to coach some of the State’s up and coming netballers.
“It’s certainly a unique and exciting opportunity for participants to have the chance to be coached by athletes from two Suncorp Super Netball franchises at once,” Stanton said.
“I’m looking forward to spending time with some of our passionate Fever fans ahead of the pre-season games and pass on some tips to the next generation of netball stars.”
