Local young gun Jessica Anstiss joins West Coast Fever after a number of consistent years at State and National level. The talented midcourter represented Western Australia at 19U and 21U level, and has formed an integral part of the Western Sting side since 2014.
Her strong performances at this year’s 20U National Netball Championships in Tasmania saw her named in the 20U National Squad, before being selected in the Australian team for the Netball World Youth Cup in Botswana next year, alongside fellow Fever recruit Annika Lee-Jones.
Anstiss has been a standout in the Smarter than Smoking West Australian Netball League for Rangers, and was named Player of the Year in 2015. The dynamic midcourter brings versatility to the Fever team, with her ability to own the Centre and Wing Defence bibs.
From the Coach
