West Coast Fever Awards Night

 

 

The first ever West Coast Fever Awards Night will be held at His Majesty’s Theatre this evening in front of an audience of staff, sponsors, members and media.

Four awards are up for grabs - Coaches Player, Club Person, PerthNow People’s Choice and the much anticipated Player of the Year.

The coveted West Coast Fever Player of the Year award has had a revamp for 2012 courtesy of sponsors Rosendorff, and will be presented to the player that has most impressed on and off the court over the course of the season.

66 Rosendorff round brilliant diamonds were used in crafting the 18ct white gold ‘Circle of Life’ design pendant, with a ‘West Coast Fever Player of the Year 2012’ inscription on the reverse to remind the winner of its prestigious origins.

The Premier of Western Australia and Number 1 Ticket Holder for the West Coast Fever, the Honourable Colin Barnett will be present on the evening which is being hosted by Channel 10 commentator Sue Gaudion.

Newly named Australian Diamonds Squad members Catherine Cox, Caitlin Bassett, Susan Fuhrmann and debutant Ashleigh Brazill will also be in attendance with their Fever team mates.
